Leading the charge in this new territory is our new Jacksonville Account Manager, Rick Hastings. A true native of Jacksonville, Rick brings an unparalleled understanding of the local landscape and the specific challenges faced by property managers in the region.
When he isn’t making his way around multi-family properties across the First Coast, Rick is a devoted fan of University of Florida sports and the Jacksonville Jaguars. Rick’s deep roots in the community extend beyond business. For nearly two decades, he has volunteered for the annual Santa’s Magic Elves Toy Drive, demonstrating a lifelong commitment to the well-being of Jacksonville families.
