Field Operations Management

Salary: $50,000 – $55,000/year + Performance-Based Operations Bonus + Upsell Commission Opportunities

What You’ll Do (And Why It Matters)

As our Field Operations Manager, you won’t just oversee routes—you’ll be the engine driving our field team’s success and our operational excellence.

🚀 Take Charge of Field Operations & Culture

• Lead & Inspire: Manage, coach, and keep field technicians and lead technicians motivated, energizing the team to keep quality and morale sky-high.
• Master Route & Service Efficiency: Oversee daily schedules and route efficiency to ensure smooth, seamless service delivery.
• Develop Top Talent: Partner with our Training Department to onboard and mentor technicians, running regular field evaluations and building a tight-knit, highly professional team.

🤝 Build Relationships & Elevate the Resident Experience

• Connect with Key Decision-Makers: Establish strong rapport and trusted relationships with Regional Managers, Property Managers, Assistant Managers, and Maintenance Managers across our portfolio.
• Bring Empathy to the Field: Drive high standards of customer service and empathy toward apartment residents—helping them feel great about where they live and keeping property retention rates high.

💼 Drive Growth & Earn Extra Commissions

• Capitalize on Upsell Opportunities: Identify additional pest management and wildlife solution needs for multi-family communities. Complete upselling solutions to boost property protection and directly increase your earnings through uncapped commission opportunities.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with administrative, billing, and procurement teams to maintain accurate invoicing, cost controls, and optimal inventory levels.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-On Leadership: Proven management or operations leadership experience (pest control or field service management experience is strongly preferred).
• People-First Mindset: The ability to keep field technicians motivated, hold teams accountable, and mentor staff effectively.
• Relationship Builder: Excellent communication skills with the knack for building fast rapport with property managers, maintenance leads, and regional executives.
• Empathy & Customer Care: Genuine care for apartment residents and a high standard for service quality.
• Drive & Grit: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, small-office environment where initiative is rewarded.
• Tech-Savvy & Valid License: Proficient with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Multi-family experience: Our company is founded upon serving the multi-family industry (apartment living). Experience in multi-family is nice to have!

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year
