WellTech Pest introduces itself to First Coast for its first- FCAA Trade Show!

WellTech Pest Solutions, LLC heads to Jacksonville, Florida July 16th at the Jacksonville Fairgrounds for its first trade show at the First Coast Apartment Association (FCAA). The theme for this event will be “Multifamily Game Show Showdown”. WellTech is making plans to have a fun game show for the First Coast area property and leasing managers.

“WellTech has created some outstanding booths in 2025 and this event will be no exception,” said James Scheffel Director of Marketing.

Scheffel and VP of Sales and Marketing Austin Matteson will be revealing the booth “game show” at the beginning of July. You can find WellTech Pest Solutions at booth 505.
