Get ready to show off your artistic side and win big for your entire team! Follow these rules to ensure your entry is valid for the grand prize.
1. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:
- Pick Up Your Packet: Visit the WellTech Pest Solutions booth at the trade show and collect your official coloring packet.
- Get Creative: Color in any page from the packet using crayons, markers, or digital tools (Value 10 entries).
- Post & Tag: Upload a photo or digital file of your finished masterpiece to both Facebook and LinkedIn(Value 10 entries).
- Tag WellTech: You must tag the WellTech Pest Solutions Facebook Page and the WellTech Pest Solutions LinkedIn Page in your posts to qualify (Value 10 entries).

3. Eligibility
This contest is open to the following roles within the multi-family housing industry:
- Regional Managers & Property Managers

Company Status: Participants must be employed by a property management company in good standing with WellTech Pest Solutions, LLC (this includes current accounts, past accounts, or potential future accounts).
4. The Grand Prize
The winner will receive a Catered Team Breakfast to celebrate their hard work!
- The Prize: A breakfast spread for your property employees and sister property staff, covering up to 50 total staff members.
- Estimated Value: Up to $500.
- Logistics: The breakfast will be delivered to one (1) single location within a 25-mile radius of Tampa.
- Property Scope: This includes staff across your property and sister properties under the same management company, provided they meet the 50-person limit.
- Employment Requirement: The prize is awarded to the Management Company you are employed with at the time of the drawing.
- Non-Transferable: If you transition to a new management company before the prize is claimed or delivered, the prize remains with the original management company and does not follow the individual.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
- The Draw: The winner will be selected via a random drawing from all qualifying entries (those who completed the coloring, posting, and tagging requirements).
- Verification: WellTech Pest Solutions will verify employment and company standing before officially announcing the winner.
- Notification: The winner will be contacted via the social media platforms used for entry or by phone to the property employed.
