Position Overview We are seeking a self-starter, highly motivated Account Manager with a sales and customer service mindset to help grow and expand our new Tampa operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independence, customer interaction, and the opportunity to grow with a company. Pest control experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full training. Sales experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and assess multi-family properties for pest activity
- Provide comprehensive quotes and estimates for a variety of pest and wildlife activity.
- Communicate professionally with customers to identify needs and recommend complex solutions
- Generate and close sales opportunities through excellent service and relationship building
- Maintain accurate sales records
- Ensure all work meets safety regulations and company standards
- Maintain and grow relationships with current and new contacts
- Help support and grow the Tampa division as it expands
Qualifications
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Sales experience preferred
- Pest control experience preferred but not required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed
- Valid driver’s license required
- Pest Control License preferred (or willingness to obtain — training provided)
