Looking Forward to Budget Planning?
WellTech Pest Solutions is offering to make your life easier and your budget planning sessions more pleasant. We understand that multi-family property managers are gathering across various meeting spaces to make decisions for the next fiscal year. This isn’t considered a memorable engaging event for some and can be stressful at times.
This is why we are offering to host your next budget planning event at the Marina Club along with snacks and beverages! This location is conveniently located at 2424 W Tampa Bay Blvd with water views of the Hillsborough River. We have provided a few photos to show you some of the views inside and outside the facility.
All you need to do is fill out the form below and we will call you to schedule the best available time. Please provide us with the ideal time and date you are available along with a second and third option. Please provide us with a list of first and last names of those who will be in attendance. We would prefer to have a minimum of ten in attendance and up to fifty. Please call us of you feel that you would have less or more.
We are hopeful that this will be a positive experience for all of your management staff. We will welcome you at the beginning, and will be available at the end of your session to answer any questions. The clubhouse can be available for a full day.
We are opening scheduling up starting July 15th and will run through October 31st.
